Question : Building Computer room & Requirements

We are in the process of building a computer room 12 x 10 feet.

We are looking at putting in three 20 AMP ciricuits, a 5000 BTU air conditioner. This would also include 4 to 5 outlets.

Is this sufficient? I suspect a maximum of 3 servers, a couple of high end PC's, a telephone system, and a few routers.

What do you think?

I think I would put in at least six 20 amp circuits.
3 - 1 for each server.
1 - for the AC.
2+ - for everything else and future use.

It's easier to put in a bit extra now than to add more later when you decide you need another server or two.
