Question : an error every 5 minutes on exchange 2007 Event ID 10016

i have an error message every 5 minutes
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{24FF4FDC-1D9F-4195-8C79-0DA39248FF48}
 to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
i searched on the internet for that and i found articles about changing the permission of this entry  {24FF4FDC-1D9F-4195-8C79-0DA39248FF48}
but i did not found that entry in the component serviceses.
then i found another one said its about kaspersky antivirus and nap so i went to kaspersky forms and found a tool made by them to fix the issue by disabling nap , i have tried it but no sense so please i need help

Answer : an error every 5 minutes on exchange 2007 Event ID 10016

You could search your registry for this CLSID. Normally it should be registered there and you can see which class is assigned to this clsid.

Probably this helps you to find out which COM object is the source for the message.
