Question : Backup Exec 12 - Catalog issue

Hi,

We are trying to do a restore of several servers in a DR.  We installed Backup Exec and applied the correct service packs.  We took a tape and restored the catalogs.  We stopped the svcs and moved the catalogs into the proper folder and restarted the services.  We can see the jobs that have been run, but when we look at the media tab, no tape numbers are listed.  Please help ASAP!
