Question : How to get rid of annoying outlook logon windows
Hi there
My client has Windows 2008 SBS server which was upgraded from windows 2003 SBS server in December 2009. All clients are Vista with office 2007.
Everything was working fine till last weekend when I applied few patches on 2008 SBS server. Now every time user starts Outlook 2007 they get logon windows. We have tried different combination of domain\username password nothing works. If users click on “Cancel” button logon windows disappears and pop-up at after some time. User is still connected to the exchange server they can send and receive emails but can’t get rid of window.
Also at the same time users have lost access to email via their mobile phone. It’s worth noting that the annoying window has “mobile.mydomain.com” (fake domain name) in it. This domain name is also used by mobile phone to access emails.
I tried few tricks from internet including
