Question : MailMerge: filter results from Access
I have a query in Access that I am attaching to a Word MailMerge document. When I go to the Open Data Source on the toolbar, and navigate to my Access Database, 2 queries show up, one table, and a ~tempXYZ thing that says its a table. The query that I want to use does not show up. I have tried renaming the query in Access, thinking that the ~temp thing might actually be it, but nothing changes when I go back to Open Data Source in Word. Any ideas on what's going on, and how to get the list to refresh?
