How do we create a MS 200.33 trust utilizing stub zones?  We are in the process of creating a MS trust between two different domains and forests and need to create a two-way trust relationship to prepare for ADMT.

Yea you would need to do the same thing on their end but opposite. You would need to add your domain name and dns servers as a forwarder.
