Question : Migrate from Windows 2003 Domain to New Windows 2008

we have Two Domain controller Primary Domain windows 2003 and Secondary Domain Windows 2003, i want to install brand new windows 2008 as Domain and get rid of both windows 2003 boxes. please advise correct wat to do this.

Once you move the FSMO roles over to the new DC the old DC is now the secondary. Make sure clients point to new DC for primary DNS in their TCP\IP properties.

demote the slow DC by running dcpromo.
