Question : Blackberry Syncing Problem - "No Available Message Stores" error when synchronizing

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone had found a resolution for syncing outlook 2010 and a blackberry.  I continue to receive the error  "No Available Message Stores"  when trying to set up synchronization.  I have updated to the latest version of Blackberry Desktop Manger,
running windows 7,  any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

thanks Mattclarified for your comment I tried what you suggested but was getting an error that I didn't have permission to change the name of that file.(I ran as admin, and was admin at the time.)  I was able to change it on the XP computer I was doing the same thing with but it ended giving me the same error.  I found an outlook 2007 disc and was able to use that instead of 2010. I guess that's my work around for the time being,   thanks very much for your help!
