Question : Server BSOD, event log displays....

Server BSOD'd, and left this as the system error in the event log.
any deciphering would be helpful:

Error code 000000cb, parameter1 808f2663, parameter2 808897cc, parameter3 88e74f88, parameter4 00000002.
