Not sure how to fix this problem

It has one username and logon name and computer name are different?

Any ideas.

This means that there is another computer on the network with the same computer name..  Can you rename your computer?

If you right-click My Computer, go to Properties and then the Computer Name tab, what does it show?  Have you changed it recently?

Is this on a domain network, or is this a smaller domain?
