Question : How can I shrink my LDF file to manageability?

I am running SQL Server 2008 and have my data on a secondary drive than my operating system of 100gb. My problem is that my database is only 630mb and my ldf file is 69gb.
This is causing problems with backup and running our applications. How can I get the file to something manageable?
