Question : Inaccurate color printing from Indesign CS2 to a PS laser printer
I am printing from InDesign CS2 to a Ricoh Aficio SP C410DN color laser printer using a postscript driver. I downloaded an icc profile for this printer, but the color is still to dark. When I print color information with my file 5 of the 11 squares on the grayscale info bar are black. How can I get accurate color from this printer?

Try using a CMYK profile specific for your printer instead of generic SWOP. It should be on the driver CD. If not, download the ICM file from this link:
