Question : Word background image problem
Hello!
At work I have some printed forms on A4 paper, which must be fulfilled occasionally. In order to expedite a job, I would like to transfer them in word as background image, create a fill-in boxes (fields) on that document, fulfill them and after putting those printed forms in printer just print on them.
My problem is that I don't know how to make background image to be in "original" size as printed forms (size of A4 paper). What ever I do, after inserting picture in word as background image, it is or to big (exceeds the edges of paper) or to small (become tilled).
Is there a way that do that - to see form in word (but not print it) and make fields on original spots so data in them after printing fits on right places on preprinted form?

Try using a CMYK profile specific for your printer instead of generic SWOP. It should be on the driver CD. If not, download the ICM file from this link:
