Question : Settings.xml

I am trying to get Manven 2.2.1 to get reporsitory from internet. I am behind a firewall so I have included a proxy but I still cant get it to work. Could someone send their settings.xml that is working so I can try.....with including my own proxy. Cant find the error. :-/

I don't see that defined as a repository in settings.xml ...
