Question : Is there a way to format an external drive so Linux and Windwos 7 can see it?

Hi, I have a Somba Linux server that I need to get 1T of data to a Windows Server.  I tried to use the smbclient to connect, but was unable to.  I tried with an external 2T drive but it can't write to NTFS.  Is there a way to make both clients read it?

Hi Rartemass, most new AV receivers support Bluray and hidef everything..
 I'm in Australia.. My personal choice >> Panasonic a bit expensive I know but personally it has everything ..
