Question : I need a web based chart

I am trying to display a chart representing data corresponding to a RAFFLE ( like raffle tickets you buy to win a prize ).

The chart will display data from one raffle.

The chart can contain multiple prizes for the raffle, and should somehow show how much money has been collected in tickets for each prize as well as how close we are to the cost of the prize.

Not only do I not know how to do this in PHP, I can't even get it right on paper!!!
