Question : Install XenDesktop on ESX

I'm trying to demo XenDesktop.  I don't have a big new server sitting around, so I need to set it up, if possible, on my ESX host.  Trouble is the Citrix documentation is pretty useless for this.  I have a demo account with Citrix, so  I can download the  basic version of most of their software.  Can someone give me a starting point?
