Question : Event ID 28 on a Hyper-V Server

I am experiencing a problem with Microsoft Hyper-V Server. On the parental machine every minute I am receiving one of two VMSMP 28 events in the System event log:

Port "6E6CB7F5-4708-488C-9BDB-D86747A8DD01" was prevented from using MAC address "00-15-5D-00-05-00" because it is pinned to port "E3A68F0A-5751-4D34-92A0-BEB5DC8CF905".

Port "6E6CB7F5-4708-488C-9BDB-D86747A8DD01" was prevented from using MAC address "00-1B-21-50-09-46" because it is pinned to port "CB972EA9-7CAC-4FF7-B136-BAF99EF92696".

In addition, about once a day I receive an event VMSMP 24. Here is a part of the event log:

24/06/2010 9:23 Network card "/DEVICE/(FCFA7FEE-4DC8-4A0D-B297-BDB4C58237B7)" no longer functions, state = 2.

06/22/2010 16:32 Network card "/DEVICE/(FCFA7FEE-4DC8-4A0D-B297-BDB4C58237B7)" no longer functions, state = 2.

06/22/2010 13:59 Network card "/DEVICE/(FCFA7FEE-4DC8-4A0D-B297-BDB4C58237B7)" no longer functions, state = 2.

06/21/2010 16:37 Network card "/DEVICE/(FCFA7FEE-4DC8-4A0D-B297-BDB4C58237B7)" no longer functions, state = 2.

I think that these events provoke freezing of users' remote desktop sessions.
