Question : VC++ hiding console

I have a VC++ .exe runing but i need to hide de cmd window that pops up when running it.

The ideal is to hide it, even from the task bar.

Answer : VC++ hiding console

Well, i just created a new Win32 Application and added it a c++ source code flie with the code i sent. Then i compile it and there are no erros. Next i tried to build it to generate the .exe file and there is an error:
"Cannot execute program"
