Question : create xml script using coldfusion

I want to dynamically build an xml string using coldfusion.  how would i do that?  I've attached the xml file that would be created.

  You cannot use OpenVPN client to connect to a Cisco system. However, your OpenVPN router could contain clients which could be used to connect.
  Can you provide the details of the OpenVPN router ?
