Question : Outlook address book problem

Hi Experts,

I have a support client who is suggesting that there is a problem with thier outlook address book.  It seems that when they select "John Doe" from the address book it goes out with a completely different address.  When the address book contact entry is examined, it appears to be correct.  Could the pst or contact database be corrupt somehow?

They are also reporting that when a distribution list is created it looks fine.  When it is added to the email recipient fields, other erroneous addresses appear in the list.  Once the user goes back to verify the original distribution list... the wierd extra addresses seem to disappear.

Outlook 2007 & WIn 7

Any ideas?

Answer : Outlook address book problem

Hi,
You cannot use OpenVPN client to connect to a Cisco system. However, your OpenVPN router could contain clients which could be used to connect.
Can you provide the details of the OpenVPN router ?
If you are using OpenVPN on DD-WRT, check this link - http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/VPNC
