Question : Connect to customer's pc using free utils

Hi Experts.  Like many experts on here, I do some work on the side and need to remotely connect to their machines.  I am aware of LogMeIn Free but that requires you to have already installed it on their computer or to have a paid account that allows you to send them a link to download and give you access.  Both are great but I am looking for a method that I can put on my site (on a password protected page to limit access) and once the user downloads/executes an app, I am given access to their computer.  I was using a tight vnc option which required some modification to the files then to compile them but I thought I would check to see if anyone knew of a better, easier way or app that could do this.

Teamviewer is a nice program but it is only free for Non-Commercial use. It will allow you to use it multiple times, but if your supporting more than 1 user, it is going to flag you as a commercial business. Here is one that I have used in the past
