Question : change font and color of microsoft outlook2007

Hi experts,
dear i installed outlook 2007....can u help be on how to change the fonts(maximize) and the colors of the navigation pan...on the left.
the letters of the words (inbox, sent, sent items, ..etc) are very small .. also the overall color of the view hoe t can be changed from the blue which is the default?
