Question : Good free network Management software

We have a Windows network of less than 100 machines, 9 of which are servers. I am looking into using Spiceworks as a help desk ticketing system but I haven't got too far with it and unfortunately streaming video content is blocked by our web content filtering system so I can't view any tutorials. We have our own exchange server.

Could you recommend some good free or open source software for network management purposes? Thanks.
