Question : A problem with your network router or broadband modem might be preventing an internet connection.

Hi,

I have a Acer desktop PC with Vista Home Premium.
I did not have any issues with connecting to internet till yesterday.
Now, i have issues with internet connection.
In the cmd i checked ipconfig and i attached the file here.

In the network and sharing center, when iclicked on diagnostics, it said there might be a pproblem wqith one or more network adapters.

Automatically get new ip settings for the network adapter "Local Area Connection"
Wheni  click on this, i get the message:

A problem with your network router or broadband modem might be preventing an internet connection.

In the device manager next to the network adapters seem to be working good. They are not showing any errors.

Any ideas on fixing this issue?

Thanks

Ok - if you are getting a successful ping from the problem PC, but you just can't ping "Google.com", then open a command prompt window and type:

ipconfig /flushdns

Otherwise, If you still don't get a successful ping from the problem PC, then just refer to the 3 questions I posted above.  Thanks!  Sorry for the confusion.
