want to lock computer and set a password

have a screensaver

but this takes too long

dont want to set screensaver to 1 minute

realy simple...

go to your appdir -> utility -> keychain access -> preferences put a check on show status on menu bar.


a black padlock will appear on the top right corner...

click on it and you have "lock screen" really fast to access.
