Question : Cisco CallManager CRD Analysis and Reporting

I am trying to run a traffic summary report based on all extension for one of the managers here and I am unable to run the dates for last week? (see attached .doc). One of the manager says I have to "release" the date, not sure what that means but that's what the old network admin told him. Can someone point me into the correct direction?
