Question : Print Management Export issue srv 2008

I am trying to export printers from a 2003 server to be imported to a 2008 32bit server, but when I run the Print Mgmt on the 2008 server to perform the export, it gets about 3/4 of the way done and tells me that Windows encountered errors during the migration process and to view the event viewer. When I do all that is there is an event id of 70 which tells me no user action is needed, I then click finish, but the file never gets exported.
Any ideas on this would be great because I have used this may time in the past and have never come across this error.....

Similarly struggling as I don't know what you want but the following uses three text boxes on the first page and a normal header on the second one.
