Question : mac mail client exchange email problems
Hello
I have one user on a small windows sbs 2003 server who is trying to access their exchange email with an apple mac and the macs default mail client.
emails can be recieved but not sent at the moment
I have put in all the server details but when sending an email get this error
connection failed
there may be a problem with the mail server or network.check the settings for the account "exchange account" or try again.
the server error encountered was: The server " (server details.co.uk)" refused to allow a connection on port 143.
I tried turning on ssl but get the same error but with port 993 at the end of the error.
I am sure there is a simple solution but require a little help to get there.
I have tested the account by connecting with my iphone and that works fine
Answer : mac mail client exchange email problems
Similarly struggling as I don't know what you want but the following uses three text boxes on the first page and a normal header on the second one.
