Question : error opening a step in "Edit" mode ..sql server 2008

Hi,
once in evry two times, when ever i am trying to Edit  a step  i am getting this error.

upon clsoing and re-opening the studio.. it works fine... but again after couple of time i get the same error again.

Here is my source (http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/Topic595592-146-1.aspx) which contains a hotfix for SQL Server 2005 and seems to pertain to the same issue.
