Question : How would I see what people are downloading and how would I inject RST packets?

I have a home server that I use to share the internet with my neighbors.  Sometimes, somebody uses my network to connect to the Guerrilla network.  Firstly, I would like to see what it is they are downloading (security purposes).  And secondly, I would like to inject RST packets (not ban their MAC address).
