Question : Took Hard Drive out of Raid Configuration now need Data on Hard Drive.  How to do it?

I had a Raid configuration, took a hard drive out of the configuaratiion, and now have a drive that is not recognized by the computer (problem 1), and would like to recover the data on that Hard Drive...

Is there a way, a program, a psychic worth looking into.

Cost is no object, I don't want to spend any money.  LOL.
