Question : Remotely Install Application to VPN users with certain IP

We are trying to get our VPN segment locked down as in no clipboard,usb drives and so on. We have all of that figured out but one thing... We need a vbs to scan say the 2.3.4 IP address' if any reply to the ping need to have them run the remote file as the current user to say: \\domain\netlogon\vpnscript.vbs..
Any guidance would be very much appreciated.

In the login script you should be able to check the VPN IP address, and if it is the subnet desired, run a program that installs something on the remote machine to do the rest.
