Question : USB Video Switcher

Hi,

Is there  a piece of software out there that will switch usb cameras based on an input? Basically i want 5 usb cameras connected to the one machibe, but i want them able to switch to a different camera based on a predefined input??

Is there a hardware or a software that does this?

I think so but depends on your budget and how you have the cameras setup
maybe a 4 port or 10 port router is one work around connected to a monitor
cctv uses an integrated system
