Question : How to store user pictures in Active Directory (2008 R2 forest functional level)

Has anyone successfully exposed the Schema attributes that allow for pictures to be added to a 'Human Resources' tab in Active Directory Users and Computer when a user is open?

I see posts from the year 2008 on this same subject but they do not indicate what OS they are on.  At best it was 2003.  Now that Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010 uses pictures of contacts all over the place in the new Outlook UI, it must be possible to easily add this feature.

If you have step-by-step instructions on how to accomplish this task please do share.

Just had to delete the offline address book files and allow them to reload.  Now all pictures are visible in the GAL.
