Question : Better helpdesk software

I looking to replace what these guys currently have.
They are currently using EverDream.  Poor software.  Numara Footprints is their enterprise software.  This company used to use Remedy.
What would you guys recommend?

Answer : Better helpdesk software

We use SysAid in our organization.  It's web-based, runs reports very well and is intuitive to use.  It also has modules such as inventory management and a knowledgebase that we frequently use.  It's worked well for us.
