Question : Is it recommended to use NIC teaming with NLB in windows 2008?

Dear All,

We have installed 2 HUB & CAS 2007 on 2 servers and added these two servers to NLB (unicast option), for completing the exchange high availability we are going to make NIC teaming for the network interface in these server which are behinde NLB, my question is ,
Is it recommended to use NIC teaming with NLB in windows 2008 with unicast or not?

This is not recommended according to Microsoft.
