Question : Help! Terminal Server printing

Good afternoon,

I have a new client and here is the issue.
They had 2 Citrix boxes up and running TERM01 and TERM02.  TERM02, which seems to have been the main box, blew out its mainboard.  As a temporary fix, I have enabled the few users who used TERM02 with access to a remote desktop on another server, so they can get to all their applications.

Most of the users printers local printers will not install.  I have installed drivers for them, tried to use shared printers, or different printers that they have installed, ect.

Server is 2003 standard.  Clients are XP clients.  Most printers are HP printers.
What can I do to begin to resolve this?

Answer : Help! Terminal Server printing

Did you remove the printers from the old server?  You should.

Once AD purges the old printers then they should start to behave.

The new printer server is attempting to publish the printers into the container for the old server - it doesn't have permissions in the directory to do this.
