Question : Interpreting Outlook Log File
I have a user who's having an issue with their Outlook constantly trying to sync with the exchange server - even when there is no mail in their outbox or mail being received for them. I enabled logging in Outlook to try to determine what's causing the problem, but I don't know how to interpret the files.
Can anyone point me towards a resource that can read the Outlook log files?

Sounds like you may have deleted something from ADSI Edit that shouldn't have been deleted.
My recommendation would be to run:
setup.com /PS
