Question : Problems with lotus pop3

I cannot get a phone to access email via pop3.
This works for at least 10 users and I only have an issue with 1.
Things I tried.
1) changing the password
2) replacing design to 8.5.1
3) login from telnet gives-err  unable to log "user" in. maildrop cannot be located or opened
4) user has manager access to mailfile in ACL
The only thing I see different is the file format listed in domino admin says r5 and all other users say r6. The template is 8.51. Should I change something here. If so how?

Answer : Problems with lotus pop3

you should compact user mail file to ODS 43 (r6)

on the console, use following command

load compact -c mail\userfilename.nsf
