Question : Small Business Server 2008, Exchange Setup

Hey There,

I would like some guidance on setting up Exchange on SBS 2008. I am completely new on Exchange having administered and used MDaemon for the last 10 years - so I do have some idea. To give you as much information as possible this is the setup :

-1 x Intel Modular Server with 2 x blades; 1 for SBS2008 and 1 for SVR2008 64bit.
-SBS2008 on its own RAID, Exchange Data on its own RAID.
-15 Users
-2 x mail domains
-Servers are up and running with latest service packs and seem to be running fine.
-VDSL connection, static ip, Allied Telesyn AR440S router/firewall.

Currently all MX records from our ISP direct smtp traffic to our router wan interface and in turn that points to our existing MDaemon mail server - all working no problem. (Our existing users are using IMAP by the way - but this will change when we enable Exchange)

What I need clear instructions on :
- Setting up Exchange to send and receive SMTP mail - the same way as MDaemon does currently.
- Adding an e-mail alias ie [email protected] = [email protected]
- Our front-end accounting package currently sends invoices etc... by SMTP authentication with MDaemon - I need this to work with Exchange.
-Do I have to create a user account on SBS2008 for every person that needs an e-mail address ?
-Setup a secondary email domain and configure Outlook to 'see' that e-mail account.
-How do I setup Outlook at home to fetch e-mail from the Exchange server at work - or is OWA the answer?

I have tried to find specifics about setting up Exchange on SBS2008 but have had trouble isolating 'proper' Exchange with SBS. Also, the Hub and Edge transport thing has got me even more confused. MDaemon was easy to use - but I have been instructed that Outlooks collaborative features are worth the change.

I will be posting more questions after I get this initial setup working.
Many thanks in advance!!!

Trusted SMTP relay http://blogs.technet.com/sbs/archive/2008/09/18/how-to-configure-trusted-smtp-relay-in-exchange-on-sbs-2008.aspx

Alias's, just add whatever you want as far as email addresses go for each individual.  There is no tool I am aware of which allows you add multiple smtp addresses for  a user or multiple users.
