Question : RWW Screen Resolution

We have an Windows XP machine that logins remotely using rww (SBS 2003).  Whenever we use this one laptop, the resolution is very small and the screen takes up a small portion of the display.  The screen is surrounded by large thick bands of black - only a portion of the display is used view the remote desktop.

Things we have tried:
Changing the resolution on the laptop.
Changing the resolution on the Remote Desktop.
On the RWW web page, under additional settings, trying all the resolutions under "select screen size for this connection."

We only have the problem on this one laptop.  All other computers can view the remote desktop just fine.  Any Idea how to get the remote desktop fill up the entire display?  Currently the desktop is too small to be usable.

the last item, changing the internet explorer zoom back to 100% fixed it for me.
