Question : Free Store Locator PHP or Joomla Script

I am looking for a PHP standalone script or Joomla Module that can do the following:

1. Configure based on contry. eg Sweeden
2. Search for closest Dog Kennel.
    You key in your postcode and ONLY the closest is shown. We want only the closest to not
    provide full list of all that can be miss used.

If no one know about a freeware code that can do this, anyone know about a cheap comersial one?
