Question : How to use iTextSharp in VB6?

Hello is there any way I could use iTextSharp with VB6? I have downloaded their source program but it was written in C#. Is there any way I could use a VB wrapper to connect to their .NET program? If yes, how.

I am also open to suggestions for any other PDF components that will let me read a .pdf document using a vb program. Thanks!
