Question : Opened document shows "another user"

Hi Everyone,

I have an odd little problem with my SBS2003 server. When someone opens a document that is already open by someone else it would normally say who has the document open. Now instead it just says:

File open by "anotheruser"

If I reboot the server this seems to cure the problem for a while and then it comes back. All users are on Office 2007 and have entered the user info correctly into each PC.

Any ideas?

Answer : Opened document shows "another user"

You can ignore the event but if its causing any issue,there might be corruption in account,so delete & recreate the ID.
