Question : AutoCad 2010/2011 Minimum Spec Requirements

On both of the AutoCAD 2010 and 2011 have minimum requirements of a CPU of 3.0.  Our current processor speeds are at 2.4.  Would AutoCAD still be efficient enough to be ran using this speed?  All other requirements are met except for Processor speed.  Intel P4 btw.

I will run but it will be very slow especially in 3D.
