Question : autodiscover on 2010 is prompting for password all the time...
We have a 2010 Exchange server and autodiscover is working to setup accounts on that box. however, until we move people over to it there are some users that have external Exchange accounts. These users have been getting an autodiscover login prompt over and over and I'm wondering how we can stop this from happening?
I'm sure it won't happen when they are moved over to the actual box and then there users and certs, etc will match our server but is there any way to stop this from happening until we do that?
Answer : autodiscover on 2010 is prompting for password all the time...
I Went into IIS Manager, opened SBS Web Applications, Select Autodiscover, double click SSL settings (you have to scroll down to see it), check Accept instead of ignore or require, and Apply."
