Question : Remote desktop services key stroke issues
Hi
we have begun deploying remote desktop servcies using Windows Server 2008 R2 and have noticed that a few users have been having issues with key strokes when within a RDS initiated application. The users have a XP SP3 SOE. Example is when a user types r it issues what looks like a Windows + r command bringing up the run box or when typing l its Windows + l locking the computer. Has anyone seen this before and what if anything can we do to fix it?
All help very greatly appreciated
Cheers
Troy
Answer : Remote desktop services key stroke issues
Hi
Thanks for the info but what we did in the end was disable the shortcut keys on the server through the registry and this has resolved the problem
