Question : Multiple Links onto one big graphic

Hi,

I need a solution to create some Link directions onto one big graphic. I have two iframes. The lower iframe includes some links which shall direct onto different directions inside a big graphic ( graphic is located in the second iframe above ). When a direction is not in the current iframes picture detail the link shall lead to the desired picture detail. Is this possible with only HTML ( without Javascript )?

I've used Robocopy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robocopy) and SyncToy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SyncToy) with good results.
