Question : Polycom ViewStation EX Network setup

I need to quickly configure a Polycom Viewstation EX on our network . We have a Cisco firewall, but I don't want to place it behind the firewall. Our ISP is comcast and I have just connected the lan port of the Polycome   to the one of the ports in the back of the ComcatModem. I have enough IP's on the comcast modem to use on of them for the polycom. I have tried several different settings, but none seems to be working. I have attached two screen shoots of the only setting that I could find.

I think I've found the cause - I disabled TCP offloading and RSS on the NIC - we will do some testing and I'll post the results.
